- All time Favorite MUSHROOM SAUCE
- 1 #
mushrooms
- 1/2 c vegan
margarine
- 2 T broth
powder, (Frontier beefy broth is best or 2 Knorr vegetable bouillon cubes) or (use 2 teaspoons garlic salt and 1 Tablespoon onion powder)
- 2 t
basil
- 1 t dry
mustard
- 1 t thyme
Add a splash of wine
and/or minced garlic (Optional)
Saute all in pan
until mushrooms are
cooked.

- Basic
Mushroom Sauce
1 T
oil
2 cloves minced
garlic
8 oz sliced
mushrooms
¼ c red
wine
1 T soy
sauce
Saute Garlic and
mushrooms in oil until lightly
browned
When pan is dry
add wine and soy sauce.
Heat for 3
minutes
