Satay Sauce Recipe

  • 1/2 C creamy PB
  • 1 C boiling water
  • 2 T brown Sugar
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 1 T lemon or lime juice
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 2 cl garlic
  • 2 t ginger root
  • 1/2 t cr red pepper or sriracha to taste
  • 2 t sesame oil
  • 3 T coconut milk from can (optional)
  • Add more water for desired thickness
