Satay Sauce Recipe
- 1/2 C creamy PB
- 1 C boiling water
- 2 T brown Sugar
- 2 T vinegar
- 1 T lemon or lime juice
- 1 T soy sauce
- 2 cl garlic
- 2 t ginger root
- 1/2 t cr red pepper or sriracha to taste
- 2 t sesame oil
- 3 T coconut milk from can (optional)
- Add more water for desired thickness
