1 box silken
tofu
½ c soymilk
(only use soymilk with just soybeans
and water on the label!)
1 T
vinegar
¼ C olive
oil
5 cloves
garlic
2 T nutritional
yeast
salt and pepper
to taste
1 T of powdered
kombu/seaweed
or spiralina (optional)
Blender smooth,
with more or less soy milk for thinner
or thicker...
