Vegan Cheddar Cheese
Sauce
- 8 T Vegan
Margarine
1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups
Unsweetened plain soymilk*
(USE ONLY soymilk with
just soybeans and water on the
label)
1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 C
Nutritional Yeast
1 T Red Miso (optional but adds great
flavor) or add 1 T broth powder
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
Cheddar Cheese Sauce
Directions
Melt margarine
Stir in flour.
Add soymilk
Heat until starts to thicken.
Add remaining ingredients
Heat Until thickened
