Cholesterol Free Vegan Recipe

Great Easy Homemade Granola
The Best Homemade Granola I have found!

8 C whole oats
1 C shredded coconut
2 C bran flakes
1 C whole wheat flour
1 C sunflower seeds
¾ C finely chopped peanuts
¼ C sesame seeds
1 C shredded wheat
½ C cornmeal
Heat until melted:
1 ½ C brown sugar
½ C molasses
1 ½ C water
1 ½ C oil
1/3 C agave nectar
2 t cinnamon
Pour over oat mixture, stirring well.
Spread onto greased jelly roll pans.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, turn to 300 when putting granola in oven.
Bake 15 minutes, stir, 10 minutes, stir, 10, and 10..stirring between.
Cool. Add 4 C raisins, or other dried fruit.
3 C vegan semi sweet chocolate chips if desired…
