Traditional French Market Soup Recipe
French Market Soup
- 2 C mixed beans, rinsed
- Soak beans in water overnight.
- Rinse, cover with water. Boil 2 hours. Add more water as necessary.
1 ½ pound can diced tomatoes
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 C celery with leaves, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 T lemon juice
1 T sugar
2 T A1 or vegan worcestershire
Salt to taste
Fresh ground pepper
- Add remaining ingredients
- Boil/simmer 1-2 hours
