Potato Dill Soup Recipe
Potato Dill Soup
- 6 med. diced potatoes
- 1 ½ T vegan margarine
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 T broth powder
- 2 C water
- 1 t salt
- 2 T dill weed
- 2 C plain unsweetened soymilk (only soybeans and water on label)
- Saute potatoes in margarine 5 minutes
- add onions 5 minutes
- add broth and water
- boil simmer 15 minutes
- Add remaining ingredients
- Cook until heated through.
