Velvety Red tomato soup Recipe
Red Bisque Recipe
- 4 C water
- 2 C tomato juice
- 2 T vegi broth powder
- ½ C tomato paste
- 3 C plain soymilk
- ½ c margarine
- Bring to a boil
- Add:
- ¼ C white wine
- ¼ t clove powder
- 1 ½ t mace (IMPORTANT)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 t pepper
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1 slice kombu crumbled (optional)
- Simmer 30 minutes -2 hours
