Cholesterol Free Vegan Recipe

Best Homemade TOMATO SOUP
1 pound Can diced tomatoes
46 oz Can tomato juice
1 ½ t thyme
2 ½ t basil
1 ½ t oregano
½ t pepper to taste
2 C soymilk (plain, only Soybeans and water on label)
12 oz tomato sauce
2 oz tomato paste (optional)
Salt to taste

Bring to a boil.
Simmer 30-60 minutes..
Blender smooth.

Tomato soup from paste
¾ C tomato paste
4 C water
½ t salt
1 bay leaf
¼ t thyme
½ t basil
¼ t oregano
1/8 t pepper
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder

Bring to a boil.
Simmer 10 + minutes

Easy and delicious!
Toss in some precooked vegetables, rice or pasta...
