Chickpea pancake bread
- Mix together
- 1 1/3 C cold water
- 1 1/4 C chickpea/garbonzo flour
- 1 t salt
- 1 t cumin (optional)
- Pour 1/4 C olive oil in 12" cast iron skillet and top with batter
- Bake 450 30-35 min until golden brown and crispy
- Slice into wedges
- serve with jam or syrup or gravy etc...
