Homemade Vegan fritters recipes
Carrot Fritters

- 1 ½ C chick pea flour
- 1 ¼ C flour
- 1 ½ C soy milk (with only soybeans and water on the label)
- 2 T parsley
- 2 T baking powder
- 2 t salt
- 2 t pepper
- 1 ½ t thyme
- 6 cups grated carrots
- Mix all and refrigerate 3 hours.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons into hot oil
- Deep fry to golden.

- Bake 375 10-12 minutes
Chickpea Fritters
- 1 ½ C Chickpea (garbonzo) flour
- 1 T finely chopped onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ½ t turmeric
- ½ t cumin
- ½ t salt
- ¼ t pepper
- 6 T cold water
- Let sit 30 minutes
- Deep fry or fry both sides golden brown
