Saute:
- * 1 Tbsp oil
- * 2-3 garlic
cloves, minced
- * 1 medium
onion, chopped * 10 large
mushrooms, chopped
Add:
- * 1 Tbsp. soy
sauce
- * 1 Tbsp.
lemon juice
- Mix all
ingredients and season with salt and
pepper.
Prior to serving mix in 2 Tbsp. chopped
parsley.
