Tips and Ideas
- Frontier Beefy broth flavor is best.
- Any tofu works well for this. I prefer the firm to help hold the shape better. Silken works fine for cubes.
- Freeze tofu and thaw/drain before for a slightly chewier texture.
- Can be used in a sandwich alone or with any sandwich toppings... lettuce, vegan mayo, mustard, tomato, vegan tofurkey....
- Great plain or dipped in bbq sauce, ketchup, steak sauce, homemade sauces.....
- You can just use a flour/cornstarch mixture then sprinkle with seasoned salt, or topping of choice after it's fried!
