  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 t brown sugar
  • 1/2 t ginger
  • 1 t garlic
  • mix and add:
  • ¾ c cold water
  • 5 t cornstarch
  • When slightly thickened, Set aside.
  • Sauté:
  • 3 T oil
  • 1 sliced onion
  • Sliced Vegis of choice...
  • Broccoli
  • carrots
  • bell pepper
  • zucchini
  • peapods
  • mushrooms
  • baby corn on the cob
  • Cook to desired doneness
  • Pour sauce over when vegis when cooked
