Favorite Cooked Asian Style Side dishes
Vegetables Cantonese
- Mix:
- ¾ c boiling water
- 2 t vegi broth powder (or 1 t onion powder)
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 t brown sugar
- 1/2 t ginger
- 1 t garlic
- mix and add:
- ¾ c cold water
- 5 t cornstarch
- When slightly thickened, Set aside.
- Sauté:
- 3 T oil
- 1 sliced onion
- Sliced Vegis of choice...
- Broccoli
- carrots
- bell pepper
- zucchini
- peapods
- mushrooms
- baby corn on the cob
- Cook to desired doneness
- Pour sauce over when vegis when cooked
