Onions
Caramelized Onions
- In large saute pan, heat 1/4 C oil.
- Add:
- 4 + large onions sliced into very thin rings
- Over Medium heat ...Stir until heated through, and starts to sizzle...
- Then turn heat to low, Cover and cook about 1/2 hour.
- Uncover stir cook until lightly browned. 30-60 minutes more

- Onions do not need added sugar when cooked low and slow.
