- In large saute
pan, heat 1/4 C oil.
Add:
4 + large onions sliced into very thin rings
Over Medium heat ...Stir until heated
through, and starts to sizzle...
Then turn heat to low, Cover and cook
about 1/2 hour.
Uncover stir cook until lightly browned. 30-60 minutes more
Onions do not need added sugar when cooked low and slow.
