  • Sprinkle with salt
  • Set aside 30 minutes -1 hour
  • Rinse. Dry lightly.

  • ¾ c dry bread crumbs
  • Bake 350 25-30
  • Top w/ tomato/vegan mozzarella
  • Sprinkle with basil and nutritional yeast
