Easy Pickled vegis

  • Heat
  • 3/4 C rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • Pour over
  • 2 carrots matchsticks
  • 1 Cuke thin rounds or match sticks
  • Fridge 4 hours.
  • Stir in 1/2 C cilantro
