Home made English Muffins NO KNEAD
- Mix:
- 3 c flour
- 2 t salt
- 2 T sugar
- 1 t yeast
- Add:
- 3 1/2 C warm water 110 degrees
- Stir until smooth
- Cover let rise at room temp. 1 1/2 hours
- Heat flat non stick/cast iron griddle
- Lightly oil
- Stir batter then Ladle 1/2 C on griddle.
- Spread to 6 inches
- Cook until bubbles across top, and all but 2 inches of dough is firm
- lower heat until top is all firm.
- No need to turn over, unless you want a little darker
