Mix:

flour
2 t
salt
2 T
sugar
1 t
yeast
Add:
3 1/2 C warm
water 110 degrees
Stir until
smooth
Cover let rise at
room temp. 1 1/2 hours

stick/cast iron griddle
Lightly
oil
Stir batter then
Ladle 1/2 C on griddle.
Spread to 6
inches
Cook until
bubbles across top, and all but 2
inches of dough is firm
lower heat until
top is all firm.
No need to turn
over
Great with soups
or jam
