Basic refrigerater bread Dough
- 2/3 c vegan margarine
- 1/2 -1 c sugar (more sugar if to be used as a sweet bread)
- 2 t salt
- 1/4 c dry mashed potatoes
- 2 c soymilk
- 2 yeast in
- 1/2 C water
- 8 c flour + -
- Mix well, will be thick...
- Knead a little or don't....
- keeps in Refridgerator up to a week
- Remove as needed
- rise 2-3 hours before baking.
