Basic refrigerater bread Dough

  • 2/3 c vegan margarine
  • 1/2 -1 c sugar (more sugar if to be used as a sweet bread)
  • 2 t salt
  • 1/4 c dry mashed potatoes
  • 2 c soymilk
  • 2 yeast in
  • 1/2 C water
  • 8 c flour + -
  • Mix well, will be thick...
  • Knead a little or don't....
  • keeps in Refridgerator up to a week
  • Remove as needed
  • rise 2-3 hours before baking.
