no knead bread dough recipe

- Basic fridge Dough
- 2/3 c vegan margarine
- 1/2 -1 c sugar (more sugar if to be used as a
sweet bread)
- 2 t salt
- 1/4 c dry mashed potatoes
- 2 c soymilk
- 2 yeast in
- 1/2 C water
- 8 c flour + -
- Mix well,will be thick...
- keeps in Refridgerator up to a week
- Remove as needed
- rise 2-3 hours before baking.

Tips
- Great
For: Rolls / bread / rolls w/ herbs?
- Caramel
rolls cinnamon rolls, Raisin bread, other sweet breads too.
- Add
a little whole wheat flour for better nutrition.

For best results use ONLY
soy milk that has just soybeans and water on the
ingredients label. Other ingredients will alter the flavor.
