Great Hamburger buns
- Great Hamburger buns
- mix/proof:2 pkg yeast
- 2 t sugar
- ½ C warm water
- Mix: 3 ½ C soymilk,
- ½ C melted high oil margarine or Crisco, or oil
- 2 T salt
- ¼ C sugar
- Mix all together and slowly add flour. (5 # more or less)
- Kneading until smooth and elastic. Around 10 minutes
- Rise punch rise punch
- Shape into small tennis balls and flatten slightly.
- Let rise the bake 375 20 minutes, more or less, depending on the size of the buns.
- Great with ¼ whole wheat flour.
