Great Hamburger buns

 

mix/proof:2 pkg yeast

2 t sugar

½ C warm water

 

Mix: 3 ½ C soymilk,

½ C melted margarine or Crisco, or oil

2 T salt

¼ C sugar

 

Mix all together and slowly add flour. (5 # more or less)

Kneading until smooth and elastic. Around 10 minutes

Rise punch rise punch

Shape into small tennis balls and flatten slightly.

Let rise the bake 375 20 minutes, more or less, depending on the size of the buns.

Great with ¼ whole wheat flour.
