Homemade Vegan Herb Bread recipes
Awesome Herb bread
- 2 yeast in ¼ C water
- Add:
- 1 C ww flour
- 4 + c flour
- 1 T salt
- ¼ c oil
- 2 T sugar
- ½ c plain soymilk
- 1 ½ c water
- 2 T green onions
- 1 T parsley
- 1 ½ t basil
- 1 t oregano or marjoram
- Knead/rise/punch/rise/shape
- Bake 375 30-35 minutes
Rosemary Herb Bread:
- 2 ¼ c flour
- 1 yeast
- 2 t sugar
- 1 t rosemary
- ½ t basil
- ½ t thyme
- ½ t oregano
- ½ t salt
- 1 C water
- More flour for non sticky dough
- Knead. Rise punch. Shape
- Drizzle with olive or canola oil
- 1 t rosemary
- ¼ t garlic powder
- Nutritional yeast
- Bake: 350 45 min.

- Herb Bread Ideas
- Try Adding one group of the following to Premade bread dough:
- Make loaf or Rolls/balls/cloverleaf/caramel roll like/crescent roll...
- Fresh herbs are best. Use around 1-2 Tablespoon chopped per loaf.
- Adjust for personal taste.
- Dried works fine though.... Try around 2 teaspoons total herbs to start.
