- Add: 1 1/3 C
water
- 1/3 c brown
sugar
- 1T
oil
- 4 c
flour
- Knead with more
flour til soft.

- Rise
- Punch.
- Shape. 10 inch
rope.
- tie into
pretzel
- Rise.

- Ready: Pot of
boiling water with ¼ C baking
soda.
- Carefully slide
risen pretzils into boiling water. A
couple at a time.
- 15
seconds/side
- Remove. Drain on
Cloth.
- Place on greased
sheet.
- Spray top with
oil (optional)
- and sprinkle
with course salt
- Bake 435 10
min..
