  • 4 c flour
  • Knead with more flour til soft.

  • Punch.
  • Shape. 10 inch rope.
  • tie into pretzel
  • Rise.
  • ------
  • Ready: Pot of boiling water with ΒΌ C baking soda.
  • Carefully slide risen pretzils into boiling water. A couple at a time.
  • 15 seconds/side
  • Remove. Drain on Cloth.
  • Place on greased sheet.
  • Spray top with oil (optional)
  • and sprinkle with course salt
  • Bake 435 10 min..
