Grandmas Monkey Bread

  • 1 ½ yeast
  • 1 C warm soymilk (plain, with only soybeans and water on label)
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 t salt
  • ½ C soft vegan margarine
  • Mix well and Add flour til hard to stir
  • Beat well / Cover / rise
  • Punch down. Sit 10 min..
  • Roll out 1/4 " thick
  • Cut in diamond shapes, 2 ½ " long
  • Dip in 1/2 c melted margarine or vegan butter
  • arrange in 9 " greased ring mold. Overlapping.
  • Let rise until doubled
  • Bake 400 30 Minutes
