Grandmas Monkey Bread
- 1 ½ yeast
- 1 C warm soymilk (plain, with only soybeans and water on label)
- 1 T sugar
- 1 t salt
- ½ C soft vegan margarine
- Mix well and Add flour til hard to stir
- Beat well / Cover / rise
- Punch down. Sit 10 min..
- Roll out 1/4 " thick
- Cut in diamond shapes, 2 ½ " long
- Dip in 1/2 c melted margarine or vegan butter
- arrange in 9 " greased ring mold. Overlapping.
- Let rise until doubled
- Bake 400 30 Minutes
