VEGAN WOLF RECIPE COLLECTION
Pita Bread (8 8")

Cholesterol Free Vegan Pita bread

Pita Bread Ingredients:
Dissolve 2 yeast in :
1 c water and
Pinch sugar
8 c flour + -
2 t salt
1/2 c oil
1 1/2 c water
Pita Bread Directions:
Mix knead rise punch rise.
Divide into 8 or?
Roll out flat.
Rise a few min.
Bake in preheated 500 degree oven
on the bottom shelf for 5 min.
Move to middle shelf for 5 more, at 425 degrees.
Remove and place in covered dish, or foil for 10 min
Bag when cool.

 

Pita Bread Tips
Add a little whole wheat flour, flax etc... for better nutrition.
