100% WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

  • Boil then cool:
  • 2 C plain soymilk (only soybeans and water on label)
  • ½ C brown sugar
  • 1 T salt
  • ¼ C vegan margarine
  • Add:
  • 1 C water
  • 2 yeast
  • 8 C ww flour +-
  • Knead smooth.
  • Rise/punch/rise
  • Form into loaves.
  • Rise
  • Bake
  • 400 35-40 min.
