100% WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
- Boil then cool:
- 2 C plain soymilk (only soybeans and water on label)
- ½ C brown sugar
- 1 T salt
- ¼ C vegan margarine
- Add:
- 1 C water
- 2 yeast
- 8 C ww flour +-
- Knead smooth.
- Rise/punch/rise
- Form into loaves.
- Rise
- Bake
- 400 35-40 min.
