The day in Seward was one of the all time best! I had planned to take a shuttle to Exit glacier for a hike, then a small boat trip... but when I got to the shuttle office they said they didnt have one scheduled for another hour. Which would ruin my plans for the boat trip later in the day... They then said but we have an all day glacier kayaking trip leaving right now!
It was of course something I would love, but the price was pretty high.... almost as much as one 7 day cruise! But, kayaking by ice, in a remote bay.... ooohhhhh Hard decision..... Ok, I'll go! Lifes too short to NOT splerge on what you love to do sometimes!
