Cholesterol Free Vegan Recipe

 Portobello Mushrooms

Marinate 30 minutes to 4 hours

Grill 5-10 minutes or so, flipping when one side is done, or streaked with grill marks.

Bottled italian dressing works great for merinade.
Teriyaki sauce is my favorite!!
 Grilled Portabellos 2
 
Ingredients
 
4 large Portabello mushrooms Cleaned with stems removed
Marinade:
1/2 c olive oil
2 T soy sauce
2 T A1 steak sauce
1/2 t sugar
2 t minced garlic
 
Marinate mushrooms 1 hour.
 
Grill or broil each side til done. About 5 minutes a side
