Portobello Mushrooms
- large Portabello mushrooms Cleaned with stems removed
- Marinate 30 minutes to 4 hours
- or just drizzle with olive oil, s and p
- Bottled italian dressing works great for merinade.
- Teriyaki sauce is my favorite!!
- Grill 5-10 minutes or so, flipping when one side is done, or streaked with grill marks.
Portobellos with A1 Marinade:
- 4 large Portabello mushrooms Cleaned with stems removed
- Mix marinade
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 T A1 steak sauce
- 1/2 t sugar
- 2 t minced garlic
- Marinate mushrooms 1 hour.
- Grill or broil each side til done. About 5 minutes a side
