Lasagne

  • 1 # lasagna noodles Cook a couple minutes less than recommended.
  • While noodles are boiling, Saute:
  • 2 T oil
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 # vegan burger
  • 2 ½ t salt
  • ¼ t pepper
  • ½ t rosemary
  • ½ t basil
  • 1 T parsley
  • Add:
  • 12 oz tom paste
  • 1 ½ c hot water
  • Simmer 5 min
  • Layer between lasagne noodles alternating w/
  • Optional, Home made Cream Sauce
  • 1 # firm tofu, mashed or crumbled fine. (Optional)
  • nutritional yeast (Optional)
  • bake:
  • 350 30 min,
  • rest 10

Tips and ideas:

Serve with vegan parmesan or nutritional yeast.

One can of course add "whatever" to the sauces, making it even better! Broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, olives...
