Lasagne
- 1 # lasagna noodles Cook a couple minutes less than recommended.
- While noodles are boiling, Saute:
- 2 T oil
- 2 garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 # vegan burger
- 2 ½ t salt
- ¼ t pepper
- ½ t rosemary
- ½ t basil
- 1 T parsley
- Add:
- 12 oz tom paste
- 1 ½ c hot water
- Simmer 5 min
- Layer between lasagne noodles alternating w/
- Optional, Home made Cream Sauce
- 1 # firm tofu, mashed or crumbled fine. (Optional)
- nutritional yeast (Optional)
- bake:
- 350 30 min,
- rest 10

Tips and ideas:
Serve with vegan parmesan or nutritional yeast.
One can of course add "whatever" to the sauces, making it even better! Broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, olives...
