The outer coast of Alaska is a very wild place. One of the wildest is Lituya Bay. Lituya Bay is a T shaped Bay on the outer coast of SE Alaska, in the Gulf of Alaska. Besides having a dangerous entrance, the area is known for earthquakes, being part of desolation valley, bringing rockslides and tsunamis, and jökulhlaups, aka glacial lake outbursts.
